Since 1952, the EWU ROTC “Fighting Eagles” Battalion has been training future leaders for our country with a curriculum in theoretical and practical leadership.
Leadership is both an art and a science, it IS a polytechnic and there is no substitute for experience. The transition from campus to the workplace comes with challenges and opportunities; effective leadership requires time, practice, and experience. EWU ROTC prepares students for success at in-demand careers in our region and nationwide. Regardless the flight path, ROTC helps too guide students to grow into the leaders we all need!
